Up for sale is a rare 1970s Amara mechanical jump hour watch featuring a classic Space Age “direct read” disc display. The automatic movement is fully functional, runs well, and features a working pump-action quickset date activated by pushing the crown. The gold-tone barrel case shows light vintage wear, and the dial remains crisp and highly legible. Please note that the original brown leather strap is heavily dry-rotted and will need a replacement before daily wear.
